All products purchased from ProSoundz, are instantly added to your account once your order is done processing, and you can download immediately

If your downloads aren't showing up in your account, Please email support@prosoundz.com with your order number and we will assist you with your download links as soon as we can. 

Most products, are 100% royalty free, unless stated otherwise in product details. If sample clearance is needed, you can find the information which is included in the Documentation folder of said product. 

Our samples can be used for personal projects, leasing and selling beats on sites like Beatstars / Airbit / SoundClick etc and independent placements (not distributed through a major record label) free of sample clearance. If a beat or song you created with one of our samples is to be distributed through or by a major label, clearance terms would be negotiated between the major label and the creators of the specific sample. 

All purchases are final and no refunds may be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. If for whatever reason you have not received your purchase(s) please Contact Us, and we will get back to you ASAP. 

We are not accepting any product submissions at this time, please check back at a later date, and stay updated to our social media accounts in the future. 

All products are archived and can be downloaded from our server as either RAR or ZIP files, to open these files you'd need access to an folder extraction software such as "WinRar" (which is free). We use this software in order to compress large files/folders and be able to upload them to our server for download. If you need help extracting your purchase(s) please Contact Us.
